Our apartment is conveniently located within 7 minutes’ walk from the city centre. Terrasse 86 is located on the first floor of the house and is the star of holiday rentals in Epernay!
Its name “Terrasse 86” is inspired by the beautiful outdoor terrasse that made us fall in love with the house. From there, you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets over the Champagne’s vineyards, lounging on the sunbeds while sipping a glass of Champagne.
Apartment amenities
The sunny terrace is not the only luxury that comes with Terrasse 86: with an area of 85m2, the apartment boasts a wide living room, a large fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms which makes this the best choice for families or small groups of friends.
One of the bedrooms comes with a Queen size bed, and the other bedroom has a King size bed which can be converted into two single beds. Finally, the convertible sofa in the living room offers extra sleeping capacity, allowing for as many as 6 people to comfortably sleep in the apartment.

Starting in 2024, experience optimal comfort with air conditioning newly installed in each of our apartments in Épernay. The ideal temperature of your accommodation will guarantee a comfortable stay, no matter the external heat.
