Comfortable holiday rentals
In 2017 we decided to create our own holiday rental in order for people to come and visit Epernay. We had just come back from holiday, and upon our return to France we realised that we wanted to continue meeting new people and learn about different cultures. We could do so in welcoming people from all over the world into our home.
About our house and apartments in Epernay
Our house and apartments are conveniently located at just a few minutes from the city centre and Epernay’s famous Avenue de Champagne! Our house and our apartments are perfect for family getaways or a holiday amongst friends. Discover the charm and beauty of the Champagne capital.
When you arrive
Our apartments are in a house which you access with an entry code. Same for our vacation house. You can check in with ease and be entirely independent during your stay with us. Next to the front door of each apartment you will find a box with the keys needed to access the apartment.
If you arrive by car, you will be able to park free of charge in front of the house. Once you have arrived you can visit the town centre and the famous Champagne houses and cellars on foot.
You can also visit the local region by hiring electric bikes, a great way to tour the local countryside and villages with ease.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed with a complimentary tray of tea, milk, water and coffee.

Since our opening in 2017, we have entirely renovated and equipped our house and our apartments with everything that you will need to enjoy a comfortable stay with us in Epernay. The decor is warm, cosy and carefully designed for you to feel just like home.
Our house and apartments will include comfortable and fresh bed linens and free access to high-speed WiFi. Our kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessary cooking tools, including a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine. Each window has exterior shutters, allowing you to enjoy intimacy
Bathroom towels and linens are supplied free of charge. The beds will be freshly made upon your arrival. If you are travelling with a baby or a young child, we can provide you with a travel cot upon request. We also provide you with an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer.
Please note our house and our apartments are strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Our Location
Our house and our apartments are conveniently located in a quiet street of Epernay. The town centre and Epernay’s famous Avenue de Champagne are just a 7-minute walk away!
Being within walking distance from the city centre of Epernay means that you will be able to enjoy local shops and restaurants. Cinema, theatre, shows and seasonal events in Epernay too are waiting to be discovered. Don’t miss “Habits de Lumière” or “Ballon Captif”, two breath-taking and popular experiences in Champagne!
The Avenue de Champagne and its prestigious Champagne houses is part of the UNESCO World Heritage and is also within short walking distance.
You can visit Champagne’s vineyards and charming traditional villages by bike directly from our house and our apartments. There are many cycling ways in the surrounding areas, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of our countryside.

Monthly rentals for business guests
(only from November to March)
We are pleased to offer our apartments for monthly rentals for professional clients during the off-season. The rental price includes water, electricity, WiFi, cleaning and the weekly cleaning and changing of bed sheets. Self check-in is possible.
